CHRISTOPHER DThe Exxon was the problem not uhaul. Bathrooms out of order. Ice machine for fountain drinks broken. And cashier who I had to deal with for uhaul rental was not friendly. Even other customers were rude. Low end gas station but has a decent amount of uhaul trucks but not good other than that.
CHRISTOPHER YThey were nice but they did not properly hook up our trailer and when we dropped off the trailer at the location in Montana they showed us how it should have been hooked up in the first place.
