On weekends, at least, they are not staffed to handle truck and trailer rentals along with the customers for the convenience store and gas station. There was only one guy there and he eventually had to pass me off to a telephone rep. to complete my rental. On a positive note, the equipment was clean and in good condition. We made the move without further stress.
