Trash was left in the vehicle. Internet reception was bad making it take a long time (20 minutes each) to pick up and return the vehicle. You have taken all the duties of a U-Haul representative and placed them on the app. The price to rent should reflect this. The attendant basically did nothing other than to hand me the keys as the keys were not in the designated location. The attendant's English was very poor and hard to understand. The price of gas to refill at this Exxon was significantly higher than other gas stations in Mt Airy, MD. The Shell gas station across the street was more expensive, but just a mile or so up the road was a lot less expensive.

The return process was frustrating because the App wasn't working (the photos weren't uploading). The employee came out and tried to help me connect to the hot spot on his personal phone. It was all a bit strange and frustrating. Maybe in the future, the process can be more seamless. I shouldn't have to stand in the parking lot for 20 minutes trying to take pictures of the entire truck, only to have the app not work.
EMILY SThis location was great for drop off and had a good amount of room for me to be able to back up the trailer. The gentleman did not take off the trailer for me, but I was able to figure it out fairly easy. He did help me return the trailer on the app, as I was not sure how to do that.

DAVID PThe whole experience sucked. I’ve rented vehicles before I’ve rented from U-Haul before with less hassle. The online stuff was a big hassle. Nobody could help me the guys behind the counter and didn’t have good English. Nobody understood me. I couldn’t understand them overall the experience just sucked and now I’m looking that I have three charges and I gotta figure out why I was so charged so much money.
