Customer service is very good. However, I did have an issue with a truck, a 10 foot box truck, and needed to return it to be replaced with another truck. I came to realize the bed of the truck had broken glass on it and the overhead door's latch would open on its own while driving, and the door would go up. The young man at the desk was able to provide another vehicle for me. This one works very well.

All looks great Have nothing to add to a great service and vehicles
FERNANDO CThere was no indication of where the keys for the truck were being stored at the location. After walking around the parking lot for several minutes, was able to locate the collection of keys in locked storage, but this was frustrating. In addition, the app was not allowing me to upload the pictures I had taken of the vehicle and I had to contact customer service to resolve.
GERARD PInterior of vehicle was not clean. Windshield (interior) was tough to see out of with after noon sun. And, the interior wreaked of weed! I guess I should not expect a U-Haul van to be as clean as a rental car from Budget. Anyway, it got the job done for me.
Michael GMaria and Juan are both excellent and a real pleasure to work with. My only complaint was the van this time was really dirty. The previous van I had was immaculate.
