Let them know if you book after 5 pm The pads dolly etc will not be in the truck if you pick up before 9:30 am
Edward TI had to clean food from beneath the seats. There were other pieces in the truck and i wasn't sure if they were garbage or part of the truck.
DAVID MThey were closed I had to call some random number to even figure out how to get the truck. The app gave me zero information on what to do once I got to the location. I also paid for an appliance dolly and it wasn’t even in the truck. Truck was clean but only had 1/4 of a tank. Nothing too bad but annoying
Kevin MHours are quite limited. Sign for after hours drop off said park vehicle in back lot. There is no back lot (there is a front lot, where other vehicles were parked). Could have saved me 10 minutes of driving around had the sign been clearer.
