My situation required after hours return of the trailer I rented. The online return procedure was straight forward aside from providing photographs of the rented equipment. Each time I attempted to click on the apps feature to open my phone's camera and upload a photo, nothing happened. Incidentally, the same thing occurred during the pre-rental prior to picking up the trailer. I was unable to upload photos of my driver license. Aside from this, the rental experience was excellent. Each staff member I spoke with via phone, or in person was courteous and helpful.
