The App Sucks!!! with a capital S! I was told I could pick up the truck when the location was still closed, but the app wouldn't allow me to. I'd push the button and nothing would happen. Even the guy at the location where I picked up said the app barely ever works correctly. Probably not a great marketing idea to allow for pick ups with the App if the App doesn't work as it should! Just saying.
Reannan PThe proprietor at this location is nice and helpful. He and his helper hooked the trailer up for me. When I returned, he backed the trailer back into it's spot for me. I would definitely rent from here again.
