The guy was rude and very inattentive. When I asked him questions he was extremely irritated and agitated. If he doesn't want to deal with U-haul costumers then he shouldn't be a dealer.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI would just ask that the company have better knowledge of looking over their vehicles. I know U-Hauls have leaks at times but with what came in on my belongings in the last 24 hours was ridiculous I didn't get to talk to the gentleman at the desk because his system was down so I had to use the online portal. With the roof having a severe leak a lot of my belongings got drenched I'm just glad most of it was shelves and plastic totes
Melissa AReserving U-Haul on website/app was difficult. Reserved it a few days in advance and then when we went to pick it up it said we had no reservation. Had to make a new one right then and there which took forever and then I got a text from my original reservation if I don't pick it up soon they will release the U-haul, the app said I didn't have an original reservation. Fixing this will make reserving a U-haul much easier.
Sawyer SThe owner of the location was extremely rude, short fused, unprofessional, unorganized and bothered that we wanted to rent a truck. When we went to return it, he was just as rude. We had problems with the app and I asked if we can just give him the keys and he got mad, started waiving his hands around and told me that he wouldn't answer any questions because he closed Uhaul transactions at 5. Worst experience from the begining. We will never rent there again and will tell anyone we encounter, to never rent a Uhaul there.
MAYRA MDo not rent from here.(especially on a Sunday), the owner does not know what he's doing. He kept denying that I had a reservation and refused to let me take the keys that were plainly on the desk, despite me repeatedly showing him the confirmation screen from the app. Only after pleading with him did he have me COME BEHIND THE COUNTER AND USE THE UHAUL POS SYSTEM MYSELF did he agree I was in the system and could take the keys. Then after I left, he changed the amount due to over $800 (it was $200 originally), and altered the drop off location so I was charged another $400 for incorrect drop off. Fortunately the drop off location (West Towne Madison, they are fantastic) understood and helped clear the unnecessary charges. But even that took a phone call and begging with customer support, I'm very lucky the other location helped otherwise I could have been out a lot of money, all because the owner of this location didn't want to deal with a rental. Long story sg, don't rent from here. It was clear some other person does this for the owner most days, and left on his own that particular Sunday he just didn't want to deal with it. Avoid.
