The problem wasn’t the location itself. It was the fact that we made a reservation close to our house and got told the night before we’d have to drive 15 miles out of our way to go get the truck at this location. The caller who informed me of this was very rude, didn’t answer my questions, barely allowed me a chance to write down the address for pick up, and did not ensure that the dolly and blankets we ordered would be at the new location too. When we went in to Pearls to ask about the dolly and blankets, the store owner was very kind and called U-Haul customer service for us. He was apologetic and attempted to resolve the issue, but U-Haul continued to make it inconvenient and told us we’d have to go to a third location to get the things we paid for, ultimately we did not get them and still have not been refunded, after 2 customer service calls.

Not organization no checking anything acted like didn't know what to do...never called me back when it was fixed and ready. No walk thru before or after left to figure out everything on your own. Truck was clean but extremely loud. They don't have equipment to rent to help with move..not again..
