The person checking us in seemed disinterested and didn't give a ton of info. When giving us the keys to the truck he took them out of the lock box and shook them in the air for my husband to walk to him to get the keys. After that the guy went back inside to the building. It was easy getting the truck and checking in. Just not great people skills.
