My son lives near the drop off so that was helpful. We dropped it off when the office was closed so no comment on that
TALEA RWould have given 5 stars, here's why I didn't. Stopped in about a week before my rental pick-up date and asked if someone would be there to handle the transaction in person, was told yes. Evening before the rental, got a text that I would have to use the app to pick take the truck. Given the location, phone service was a bit sketchy at best. Fortunately, the customer service folks on the phone were amazing and after a few solvable challenges we were on the road. Given the challenges, I did in fact do a good walk-around inspection of the outside of the truck, but didn't realize that the inside of the box and the ramp were pretty dirty. Wasn't a big deal, swept it out and got to work. Interior of the cab of the truck was nice and clean and surprisingly comfortable for such a big truck. Overall, great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to call upon UHaul for my next moving equipment/supplies needs.

STEPHEN SShe was on the phone and never spoke to us. We waited outside as the sign said, after a good 5 min we went inside. She continues to be on the phone and came out to look at the truck and said we were free to go.
