We reserved a 15 ft truck well in advance from a location in our hometown. With just a couple of days notice, we were told that we would have to go to another location 30 miles away to pick it up. This added well over an hour to our overall drive time to our already very long moving day. Our arrival ended up being after hours in part because of the added drive time. The dolly and pads that we ordered were not in the truck so we had to purchase them which was a costly added expense.
