I went to 4 U-Haul locations to try to get service. The experiences were frustrating. Especially the ones located inside of other businesses. They put me last before the customers in their business even though I was there first. Poor way to run a business! Three out of four locations the people didn’t speak good English.
Connie KThe store only had one employee. It took forever to get checked out because he had to wait until The store was empty. They do not have lighting adapters for sale or rent. What type of place rents trailers without all of the proper accessories needed. Worker was kind as I changed my order. However you need more than one employee.
BRIAN OWasn’t given the option at pick up to drop off at location of drive also tried multiple times to call from location about dropping of at travel location no answer at all….also advice drive was almost 4 hours employee of rental put in time for a drop tht was not reasonable
Shelinn BAppliance dolly was not available although it was reserved online. Rented haul due to moving refrigerator and appliance dolly was required.
