The uhaul app for dropoff is very slow and pictures had to be submitted multiple times because it stopped responding.
Robin FThe truck we used didn’t have ABS, the parking brake light was on, one of the brake lights didn’t work, the check engine light was on, traction control didn’t work, fuel gauge didn’t work, and had 0% oil life.

JOSE CAttendant was not familiar with check in procedures. He simply asked me to park the truck and bring him the key. The truck was dropped off well before closing but not checked in until the next morning. I reported dropping off the truck by calling U-Haul Customer Service after the closing time to make sure it would not be an issue.
