Appliance dolly was not available although it was reserved online. Rented haul due to moving refrigerator and appliance dolly was required.

There were no open spots to safely park. We did park close to other trucks. There was no drop box as stated on the uhaul app. We had to enter the gas station/carryout and ask an employee who took the key and was very nice; however, we received no confirmation that the truck was as we left it and keys returned at the time we returned it. An email confirmation was sent hours later.
MOLLY MLocation was in a sketchy gas station. Woman was super helpful, however this was not my original pickup location I was switched to here and had to wait forever to get my truck checked in as the gas station attendant was there by herself and had to take care of those customers while simultaneously checking in my uhaul. Also did not receive any of the equipment I reserved and was not made aware of prior to picking up the truck.
