The employees tell you they hold 100$ deposit and when the U-Haul is returned with no problems or damage you get your deposit refund back to your card right away with no problems, well it’s going on 48 hours now and still hasn’t been refunded to my card mean while my other bill came threw and now my accounts negative bc they lied it isn’t refunded for 5 business days depending on who your card is threw, I will never be back with my business and I rent often.i have never had a problem the last 6 times I’ve rented from them so obviously someone isn’t trained right bc they are new but you shouldn’t have to wait with a negative balance in account bc of training new ppl who don’t know..

Needed more staff as they were too busy to handle both U-Haul and convenient store/gas customers. When truck received, the inside cab had not been cleaned; floor mats were muddy; inside truck hauling area was clean. Moving blankets, which were an extra charge, had already been used and other moving supply ordered was not provided.

GHULAM PI went to 4 U-Haul locations to try to get service. The experiences were frustrating. Especially the ones located inside of other businesses. They put me last before the customers in their business even though I was there first. Poor way to run a business! Three out of four locations the people didn’t speak good English.
Connie KThe store only had one employee. It took forever to get checked out because he had to wait until The store was empty. They do not have lighting adapters for sale or rent. What type of place rents trailers without all of the proper accessories needed. Worker was kind as I changed my order. However you need more than one employee.
