MARIE SWe spent 45-1 hour in the phone with your people trying to get your app to work. The online rental is the worst. We got there 20 mins early to pick up the truck and were late to meet our movers because the app would not advance. Customer service couldn’t figure it out until 45 mins later. Something we thought would be easy and convenient was a Horrible experience!
David sHate how the virtual assistant was of little assistance. Hate that there is not an in person. Hate that the app gives you a pending charge and I didn’t realize it wasn’t paid for then had to call another person for help. Hate that I had to take so many pictures of the truck to return it. Love that I booked the truck last minute and the job is complete.
