The a/c in the truck doesn’t work, it was blowing hot air out even set it at the lowest temperature.
Zhenni ZIt was so crowded. There were too many uhauls sitting there that it was hard for new uhauls to park and/or people to go in/out of their storage locker. It was very clustered. I'd rather go somewhere else with more space.
Benjamin OThe website is awful. You direct customers to return key to orange box before you surprise them by telling them to take photos of mileage on dash. Now you can’t do that because you followed the directions to return key!! The mobile pickup was a huge pain and took a ridiculous amount of time to do and then wait for verification. Although it sounds like a good idea, it practice it takes way longer to get your truck than it would have by standing at the desk in person!!!
Nancy CNot a lot of drop off spaces. It’s clearly a storage facility more than it is a truck rental site.
