LISA WI tried to use the App to checkin at this location but it would NOT accept a birth year other than 2026. Consequently onsite personnel had to check me in. The guy was put out that he had to help me and was very rude. I had to clean the cupholder area because it had gooey drink residue in it and the last renter left paperwork and trash behind the seat. The truck had less than 20k miles on it but the transmission slipped.
