This location was good and easy to access. The issue is that online allowed me to select counter service pick up but when we got there they said it was all done online via a code box. I called the number and the uhaul agent was not helpful. She kept.saying she saw the reservation but it wasn't accessible to her and she needed to speak to the employee of the location. She spoke to him and there was a point where the employee had to call another employee and then we had phones to phones talking trying to figure it out. They finally had discovered where the key was and I was able to get my uhaul.

Jackie Hthe guy behind the counter told me 5X he wasn’t able to help me get the keys to my u-haul because everything is “self-serve” and it took me an HOUR to get my u-haul after contacting guest services 3 separate times. huge pain because my u-haul was already technically rented even though i didn’t have the keys. guest services had to contact the guy i ALREADY asked for help in order to help me
