This location was very isolated - no one around and off a side street far from any activity. Risky. Unsafe. Also, although my pre-agreed upon pick up site was verbally confirmed, the location was arbitrarily changed after I was in no position to do anything about it. I had to move my stuff and would have no time to make other arrangements. I was not even told that this location would be a possibility.

My rental experience was great. From making the reservation, pick up, and turn in was extremely easy. The people who I interacted with were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The equipment was clean and available per my reservation. My only issue was where I had to turn-in my rental truck. There is a U-Haul center 5.5 miles from my house, but I was required to turn it in at a location that was 18 miles away. Other than that, my experience was awesome. This was not my first time renting from U-Haul, and I will definitely utilize them in the future. I want to say thank you to everyone, whether in-person or on the phone. Everyone represented the U-Haul brand extremely well. M.
