Forgot the refrigerator dolly, had to return to get it. Never apologized for having to comeback. When we came back couldn't find anyone to help us, yelled out "hello", and still no answer. Walked around and finally found a girl in an office and when I asked do you work here she said ya. Told her I didn't get the dolly and she said it's over there just take one! Returned the trailer but got a phone call saying it wasn't returned! Slow, unfriendly, not helpful! Worst service ever!

Very easy and convenient, great service. The poor customer service girl had to type A LOT of stuff, not only for me, but the person in front of me in line too. Maybe cut down on the amount of typing and work your customer service people have to do. Automate the system a little bit more for them - this way people also don't have to wait for all the typing to get in and out.

Agent who checked us out told us to return the truck to the nearest location in Goleta. Agent in Goleta told us we had to call the 800 number on arrival to get a drop off location. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate receipt of truck.

Excellent service! Never had to wait longer than 2 minutes to receive and return my rental. The facility was well maintained and clean. By far the best experience I've had out of all my U-Haul rentals at the different facilities I've been to. Great job!

I reserved a p/u truck with a credit card, when I arrived at the location they did not have the truck I requested so they offered me a van at the same price, I used a different credit card to pay for the rental and when I returned the vehicle they still ended up charging me on the credit card I reserved the truck with, and now it takes anywhere from 3 to 5 business days to reverse the transaction.

The person that took my over the phone order was very unprofessional . She did not set up my drop off location after repeating the address 4 times. When saying my email I said plural and she could not understand what that meant . She also gave me wrong information for the drop off time and said there was no charge for mileage. I will not go back to this location

Showed up to rent a truck and stood in the lobby for about 10 minutes before I even saw the first employee. Finally after three of us customers were now wondering g what was going on a heavy set guy named Shannon came walking in. He apologized and said that he was helping with the installation of a hitch. He then proceeded to help me. The truck size I wanted wasn't available so I settled for a smaller size. Shannon then proceeded to belittle the two other employees over and over again right in front of everyone in the lobby. He made two or three comments about how the store was all messed up and that's why he was there, "to fix that location". The other employee was a very nice guy and I was actually impressed with the patience he showed. I was actually getting quite offended for him. All in all I would say that this was the worst experience I have had at this location. I always had pleasant experiences the last three times I rented from that location. This new manager "Shannon" is very unprofessional and should be talked to about employee moral and leadership. His skills might help that store but his professionalism is lacking big time. John P

I am happy with the Jefferson Ave. location, but I Am Not Happy with U-Haul over all. I was suppose to have picked up a pick-up truck, and was confirmed the truck by email and a telephone call for today. When I arrived at the Murrieta store, I found the store locked and a sign saying that they were closed on Thursdays. So I was on my own to find another rental store in Murrieta to rent a truck. The Murrieta Jefferson rental store didn't have a pick-up truck available (not their fault) so I ended up with a box truck. To make things worst, while driving the box truck I get a cell phone call from U-Haul asking me, why haven't I picked up the reserved pick-up truck yet? When I told them that the U-Haul place that they had sent me to was closed on Thursdays (today), all I got in return was, "We're sorry". I've always rented U-Hauls, but this incident makes me question any further business between us. Also the box truck cost more on a daily rental. Not a good business practice.
