They were not open on requested day. I was forced to do mobile pick up without prior knowledge. The app would not work and it took me almost an hour to check out.
Matt RI have rented at Newcomb Warehouse twice now. Both times I called there in the afternoon the day before my rental and spoke to Nicole. Both times as soon as I told her who I was she recited my order back to me and confirmed details asuring me equipment was already set up and waiting for me to pick up the next day. My equiment was ready both times and check out process very smooth in office. Good service on vehicle hook up process. It is great to deal with people that care about customer details. U Haul is Good and Newcomb Warehouse makes it better.
