I have rented at Newcomb Warehouse twice now. Both times I called there in the afternoon the day before my rental and spoke to Nicole. Both times as soon as I told her who I was she recited my order back to me and confirmed details asuring me equipment was already set up and waiting for me to pick up the next day. My equiment was ready both times and check out process very smooth in office. Good service on vehicle hook up process. It is great to deal with people that care about customer details. U Haul is Good and Newcomb Warehouse makes it better.

BRIANNA RHad to drive an hour to get to the location in order to get the trailer size that I had reserved almost a week in advance. The location where I reserved the trailer was .25 miles from my house and had 4 trailers of the size requested on the day of pickup.
