We arrived at 3:30 to return our trailer. The location wasn't supposed to close until 7. However, the door was locked and there was nobody available. We waited over 30 minutes and finally just left the trailer there. Four other people with appointments came while we were there and were just as upset.

Clean the van and windshield. Windshield so dirty could not see the road. Eliminate the mileage charge since we put in the gas. Next time I will check with Cosco.

I had to sweep it out and wiped down the front with clorox wipes. It was pretty dirty, but truck was solid and drove fine.

I guess this had to be the worst experience I've ever had when moving and I've moved a lot over the years! First they (uhaul team of experts) moved my pick up location, second "they" called and said "you need to come earlier because we are closing earlier than normal today" . I had no clue who or where "they" were at that time. I explained I couldn't come earlier because I was waiting on the movers. He said use uhaul share. I then received a text of the new pick-up location and proceeded to go to that location at the original pick up time which was 5:30 p.m. when I arrived at the location the gentleman behind the desk said you're in the wrong location and gave me another address to go to. When I got to the new address that he gave me there was no one there and the U-Haul share app did not work. There was a little note at the bottom of the instructions on the use share website that stated "if you are not in your original pickup location this app will not work"... After an hour and a half of being on hold with Uhaul waiting for someone to answer and driving around to other U-Haul locations looking for my truck in the rain I finally went back to the original location & my location had changed to that location again!!! At this time, an hour and a half to two hours later, my Movers are standing around with nothing to do and I'm being charged 150.00 per hour... My 2-hour moving bill was $325.00 not including my Uhaul bill. When I called Uhaul yesterday to talk to customer service (and every time I called I got the worst customer service experience ever) the professionalism and care was ZERO. I would not recommend uhaul and I will never use them again. What should have been only $200 to $300 move ended up being well over $600 because of delays with Uhaul, not to mention being out in the rain I picked up the flu!

Have the correct equipment on hand before sending text confirmation. Don't charge additional over charges falsely, this has happened to me the last two times I was finally given my refund on first improper charge. Calling tomorrow to see about this new and final mistake. Will try Budget or Ryder next time. At least you're consistent at screwing up.

Stay to have your returned vehicle checked out I did not and they charged me two days when I only had it for two hours I believe they will fix it, but I think it would have been better if I had stayed

I waited 20 minutes for somebody to show up to the desk then when he finally got there he had a bad attitude through the phone and smacked the credit card machine because it wasn't working. The trailer was banged up pretty good, one of the chains was too long, and the door was about to fall off
