James M | Overall ExperienceThe girl at the counter was a polite rude person. She did not give me proper instructions upon entering the gate and finding my unit because she directed me down the wrong side of the units and the truck got stuck. The staff didn't offer assistance. She acted like it was an inconvenience to redo my access key because it didn't work first time, and because she had to get me a lock that was also a free offer. We had trouble maneuvering the truck with the dolly on it so we had to take it off and hand move it in order to get the truck out. This has been my worse experience with uhaul ever. Including pickup and drop-off and the truck they gave me had roaches and yes I have pictures.
