I've used a good amount of U-Haul locations over the years and this one on Frontage Road in Myrtle Beach is by far the absolute best. The people that work there are incredibly nice and very knowledgeable and helpful. This location compared to others is way far ahead of equipment availability and above and beyond customer service. They are the best

Exceptional experience at this location! The representative was extremely helpful guiding the tow dolly connection! Previous experiences with Uhaul in other locations have not been great but I would highly recommend this location!

Excellent teamwork and creative solutions. uHaul system could use significant improvement: 1) have computer systems working on Saturdays 2) in the online reservation system, clearly state that although the truck is reserved, GEAR IS NOT RESERVED - PICKUP BASED ON AVAILABILITY a) i choreographed a move based on equipment that was not available Joyous 2026!
