Very satisfied with the helpful, knowledgeable personnel. Had to buy a trailer hitch that i would have rather rented, but UHaul only had one that was taken at the time.
EDWARD SLeft the trailer at the facility on Sunday when they were closed. Instructions easy to follow and confirmed with me at 8:03 the next morning. Whole process was extremely easy.
KEITH HI didn’t enter this location, because when I returned the trailer, a member of the U-Haul team met me at the gate, and did a great job leading me through the facility where he disconnected the trailer and checked me out. I didn’t get his name but he is a great employee! Thanks
JIM GExcellent, drop-off is difficult after hours. UhAul’s parked on side of road. Recommend a better solution for drop off after hours of operation.
