Of the two fellows that I dealt with, the older gentlemen with a mustache and glasses was rude and condescending to customers ahead of me. His demeanor is that of someone who is behind the desk for the paycheck. Customer service is lacking at this location. They should be dropped by Haul and let them stick to storage unit rentals. I will not go back there again (and this was my second return to this location).

STEVEN LTheir computers were down and the man at the desk said I could just give him the key and they would check it in when the computers came back up. I refused to do that and said I wanted somebody to inspect the truck to see that it was clean and nothing was broken. Also to verify the mileage. The manager came out and inspected the truck for me and she was very nice.
