The tow dolly was left for me to figure out how to hook up to the vehicle, which I had to do after hours. When I went to pick it up, it had damaged to it that U-Haul later put in a claim against me for even though I have pictures of it damaged before I got it or it was even hooked up to the U-Haul. I had to have a neighbor come and hook up the dolly. I was told at the office to just watch a YouTube video on how to hook it up and had no help. I would definitely never go back to that U-Haul again also, I was making a cross country trip and they left me with a truck that had 3/8 of a tank of gas, not even a full gas tank.

Didn’t have dollie I ordered didn’t check in vehicle on time

JAMES STruck was not ready for pickup through app. We had to call an emergency number to reach someone at the location. We had to wait over a hour for someone to arrive. The employee was rude and blamed us for the issue. Truck was filthy on the inside. We actually had to clean the truck when we arrived at our drop off location, because they advised we would get charged a cleaning fee.
