Truck was not ready for pickup through app. We had to call an emergency number to reach someone at the location. We had to wait over a hour for someone to arrive. The employee was rude and blamed us for the issue. Truck was filthy on the inside. We actually had to clean the truck when we arrived at our drop off location, because they advised we would get charged a cleaning fee.
