RESHARD DThe tow dolly was left for me to figure out how to hook up to the vehicle, which I had to do after hours. When I went to pick it up, it had damaged to it that U-Haul later put in a claim against me for even though I have pictures of it damaged before I got it or it was even hooked up to the U-Haul. I had to have a neighbor come and hook up the dolly. I was told at the office to just watch a YouTube video on how to hook it up and had no help. I would definitely never go back to that U-Haul again also, I was making a cross country trip and they left me with a truck that had 3/8 of a tank of gas, not even a full gas tank.
