I knew in advance it was a "24-hour drop" location, but there was no communication about where/how to drop-off. Also, 6x12 trailer tongue weight is very heavy, with no instruction on how to disconnect, no tools or levers to assist. Wrenched my back trying to lift off of the ball hitch, very uncomfortable 4-hour drive back home.

The man running this U-Haul rental agency was unfriendly and appeared upset when I asked for his help hooking up the U-Haul to my vehicle. This U-Haul location is overrun by barking dogs and is not recommended due to the unkept and unwelcoming location. I had to drive through a bumpy field of dirt and grass in order to reach my trailer.
