The uhaul app is really messed up and it wouldn't work and finally had to call, where I was given a workaround and only then I was able to check out the truck. Even after the workaround the app tried to stop it from working so the system was fighting it out. I actually gave myself extra time to deal with it because someone else commented that the app is terrible. The location was ok.
