Let the customer know that they need to download an app not just take a photo of the the QR code. Then the app would not work, I had to call the customer service number to get help. Other than that it was good.

Tim MHello . I am requesting that the after-hours fee be removed from my rental. At no point during the reservation or pickup process was I informed that returning the truck after hours would result in an additional charge. Had I been made aware of this fee in advance, I would have planned my return differently. I respectfully ask that you review my account and waive this charge, as I was not given clear notice of the after-hours fee before my rental.
