I had booked a U-Haul for 7:00am, when I went to pick up it was locked up. I contacted U-Haul and I was sent to another location for a new one, I was also unable to get that one due to the keys not being there. I ended up having to wait for a location to open and missed my ferry, since I missed the ferry my father also missed his plane.
