The truck was extremely dirty. Seats sticky, cup holders had grease and grime in them. It had liquid in the back of the truck that got on my furniture. His location did not have any of the extra equipment I requested.

Very poor customer service. The oldman/clerk was absolutely disinterested in providing any level of service. Rude service and outright shady location, which didnt even provide all the items reserved - dolly being rhe most important.
Madhur LI was supposed to pick up my truck at 9 am and the owner of the shop didn’t show up until 930. I also tried to call the phone number I was given for questions and got no answer. Due to this delay I missed my flight later that afternoon.
