This was a terrible experience! When I arrived for my 7:30 reservation the store was closed , I called in to U-Haul costumer service and was notified that the location didn’t open until 9 am ! I sat and waited . There were no other locations that could accommodate me . the owner didn’t show up until after 9:30 ! And when he arrived He could care less about me being two hours late to move ! He brushed me off like it was nothing . Then my contract said the truck had gas in it to bring it back the same way . and when I started it , no gas . It was empty . This ruined my entire move out process and costed me extra money . I am so disappointed in this U-Haul location

We had no contact with anyone at the drop off location. But the lockbox was easy to locate.

John SI’m not sure who is responsible but I do not feel the gas gauge reading was accurate. I brought the truck back at exactly the same level - in between 1/4 and 1/8 of a tank - but was charged $43 for gas. That soured my U-Haul experience.
MICHAEL AEntrance was difficult to find. It was a sliding glass door on the side of the building, no sign identifying it as an entrance or that it was affiliated with Uhaul. When I entered, I was in the back room of a dry cleaning business. It was extremely messy and dusty everywhere.
