Pick up was great. Very helpful, took time to explain everything. Drop off was not, attendant was not able/willing to answer any questions
JENNIFER Mthe inside of the windshield was disgustingly dirty. The front brake rotors were warped and vibrated when applied, I told the person at the return depot about this.
PATRICK MI’m disappointed because I returned the truck with the exact same amount of fuel it had when I picked it up. I even filled it up before dropping it off. Still, I was charged $9 for fuel, which I find unfair. I don’t agree with this charge and, unfortunately, I’ll be choosing a different rental company next time.
PAULO BI will never go to a third-party rental for U-Haul. To begin they did not speak English. In addition, they were taking care of other customers who were making purchases, and I was concerned because they had my ID. The property as well as the rental leaved a lot to be desired with maintenance and being clean. With this she took a picture of my license. I should have never permitted this as fraud is ramped in this country. When I booked, I thought I was booking at the other David Blvd. location, which is Strickley U-Haul. I will never go to a non U-Haul facility again and I will make people aware of this.
