All of the people that were working there who I spoke to were beyond helpful and understanding, insightful, and super kind and polite. With that said to U-Haul, we had was a complete piece of junk that should’ve been retired. Probably a decade ago. There was a lot of concerning noises made, and when I looked under it when white smoke was coming out of the exhaust, the rust is beyond bad.

The website kept showing as I still had the truck even 2 days after. I am being charged 130 for NO reason. The gas was 1/2 a tank when I sign the contract and still have it to show it. Now is showing 5/8 to charge me for it $26.25 extra. The math makes no sense. My first bill was $82 with some cents then 19 99 for keeping it and extra day. The miles weren't in such excess as I was.moving within 13 miles only. Uhaul.is nothing like it used to be. I got a truck in Miami and ended up paying close to $700 dollars if not more. You are a rip off and someone needs to audit your company. This is abusive
