Magdy MAll of the people that were working there who I spoke to were beyond helpful and understanding, insightful, and super kind and polite. With that said to U-Haul, we had was a complete piece of junk that should’ve been retired. Probably a decade ago. There was a lot of concerning noises made, and when I looked under it when white smoke was coming out of the exhaust, the rust is beyond bad.
