There was no nut on the tongue that was sold to me with my hitch instaled in Spanish springs. This made my trip extremely dangerous and I think that the Plus Park location should have caught this
ROY DGetting the key from the lockbox at pickup was a bit of challenge. The lock was difficult to access and took several tries. I'd recommend a better/easier lock system. Experience was good otherwise. Thank you!
