U-Haul needs to state that directions to pick up the truck will available a1/2 hour before the pick up and not a minute sooner. This location is a gated storage area & I had a line of cars behind me wanting to get in, but I could not access the pick up directions. Someone in the line used their code to open the gate. Once inside the gate I spoke to someone in the office on the phone & was told I had to come back in about 20 minutes to get the truck. It was about 90-95 degrees, the keys are in a locked metal box with most of the numbers faded off. It took a couple of tries to get the keys because the metal box was hot as the sun & most of the numbers were gone.
