Ensure that the customer has full access to rental equipment before leaving the premises. Also, make sure the customer service representative are taking there time when processing the contract. It seemed as if they were not focused on what they were doing.

How seriously, can UHaul accept a booking, and then tell me at the last minute that I'll have to drive an extra 1.5 to 2 hours total on my day of pickup to get the trailer I was promised? At origin, you owe me about 2 hours plus fuel, vehicle use, my time, etc. and at destination, I wasn't even allowed to return the trailer in San Diego as originally promised. Had to go to another city/zip, wasting more of my time. Pitiful that you folks do this to people and my time/vehicle/fuel is only worth $50?

Ive had 2 successive experiences with this outlet when they misreported the gas level when departing this store. When returning, they attempted to charge extra for not putting in enough gas. Please photograph the gas gauge before leaving the company

My initial booking was with the 4th Ave Chula Vista location. It was upsetting that when I came at 7a for my pick up, the truck was not available. It wasted about 45 minutes of my time, and time was very valuable since I was going on a one way trip to Fremont that day. The Wilson National City location took care of my truck and gave me a small discount to compensate having to go there, which I thought was nice.

I was late getting started on my trip because the Trailor I was to pick up had a flat. So I lost 2 days because of this. And then when I turned the truck in they charged me and additional charge because I was 30 mins late turning the truck back in.

I wanted to rent a 4x9 trailer I saw in the lot. The sales person stated repeatedly that according to his inventory the store had NO 4x9 trailers. I told him I saw the trailer in the lot. He insisted that they did not rent 4x9 trailers and that it did not exist, so to avoid wasting time arguing I rented a 5x9 trailer.
