The front counter person was very prompt and had excellent customer service skills as well as multitasking ability. Person on the lot was excellent too. They forgot our dolly the first time around but we fortunately realized within an exit or two down the highway. There was a little bit of a rush at the counter but they got us through super quickly and efficiently.

The person Evan who who helped me was great totally knows his job and super helpful however i dont know if there is a system error or what but its happened twice now since i got this current unit when i go online when i sign into my account its showing my boyfriends old unit as my own which was never mine it was his i was just listed on it because my stuff was also in there. It also shows that it was two months behind which again is wrong it was paid. But then it doesn't show my new unit i had rented currently or the truck that i rented about a week ago. It showed them after i purchased them however later it did not it went back to showing it and now again it does not show any of it. So just curious about that and what is going on in yalls system? Now i checked later today and it completely shows no orders what so ever

The young kid who tried to connect the trailer to my jeep had no idea what he was doing. He tightened the ball down so tight there was no play in the socket. I told him that was wrong, that there needs to be play in the socket so that the vehicle could make turns but he seemed to not have any idea what I was talking about.. we needed a hammer to loosen the connection, but no one there could find a hammer. Fortunately I had one in my jeep and did it myself. Thank God I knew what the hell I was doing. If he set someone else up like that who was unfamiliar with towing he would have most certainly caused an accident. Your employees need far better training.

I picked up on Saturday morning at 10 am and the place felt very understaffed or possibly undertrained in the office. I waited over twenty minutes to be helped and there was only one customer ahead of me who was already being helped when I arrived. The gentleman who helped me in the yard was helpful as well but he was rearranging trucks on the lot and didn’t even look in my directions for a while. I started to get the feeling I was invisible after a little bit but when he saw me he came over and was very helpful.

when you drop off trailers after hours, feels unsafe just to leave it there.

Guy helping out was being a little lazy. There’s a location where to drop off he didn’t even help at all trying to park trailer. Very I’m happy with uhaul. Might have to try a different rental place from now on

Get more help to hurry the check out process. I waited about an hour to be attended then another twenty minutes to have the trailer hooked up.

The trucks fuel level was Literally on E when I got it which is really inconvenient I understand you offer me a $30 discount if I left it at a quarter tank but it’s not really a discount because they cost me 30$ to fill the truck to a quarter tank Other than that the experience was good
