Sergio S | Overall ExperienceWhen I was moving out yesterday, the elevator was down for maintenance (I was on 2nd floor), not a major issue; however, this was not mentioned when scheduling move-out. If it had been mentioned to me, then I may have been able to pre-plan. I had to spend an extra $100 for the movers because they went over an hour (they had to use stairs). Btw, Jessica did provide excellent customer service, better than I had received before in the 4 1/2 years I was renting the unit. So all-in-all, the move out was pretty smooth.
