Location was unorganized They did not do an inspection for cleanliness or damage They did not provide form to confirm millage and gas Did not check in vehicle until next day Told me that my request for inspections, paperwork and documentation was me being difficult
Gaetano GRoger was there when we parked the truck and was very helpful to get the rental truck checked in. Very efficient! Use this location if you can to avoid lines. And the convenience store on Site was great to get a few cokes for the drive home. Thanks! Julie

Todd LTruck was actually dirty and needed a balance. Would shake if I drove over 55mph on the freeway. The driver door you had to literally slam to close shut. Not good.
