GARY NIt would be nice for the person helping with front desk duties to not call and assume I purposely took the leaf blower that they use to clean the beat up trucks with. He said that’s what they use, and told me which truck was mine, so it being in or on the truck initially was a mistake on their part. I got a call saying they “saw me put it in the truck,” as if I were stealing it. A little accusatory and unprofessional, in my opinion. The cab on the truck smelled like smoke and it was dirty. Truck desperately needs an alignment and it felt like it wasn’t going to make it much longer.
MEAGAN HAttendent forgot to provide rented furniture dollies and did not provide instructions for how to secure/handle the dollies in the no-attendant present at the trailer return.
