Listen to the customer and pay closer attention to the equipment. Upon pickup, representative hooked up the trailer. After departure I noticed the trailer shaking real bad, worse than any other unloaded trailer. I returned back to the facility immediately and notified the 2 representatives who were both outside telling them there is something wrong. Feels like a bent axel or something. They said, oh know they all do that because they don’t have weight in them. I stated I understand that but this feels worse than I have ever felt. It is shaking the whole back of the truck. Both reps did not even take a look at the trailer and said nope, that’s normal. So w I headed on my way. 10 miles later I am on the side of the highway with a shredded tire waiting for 1 1/2 hour for service.
