There was no one here to help me disconnect the trailer. I had to call two people I know in the area to come help me. I spoke with Andrew and he was nice, but offered no solution for help with unhooking as the location closes at noon on Saturdays. The place had a dirty old truck outside and looked shady (and not in a good way). You have to blindly back in the trailer because there are two roads right off the highway that you have to navigate (and dodge traffic) to back in the trailer. I’m sure a pro could do it from one, but I’m not a pro. I would NEVER choose this location for dropping off a trailer again!
