The process was so easy and hassle free! The pickup location was easy to find, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Steven PNo issues with the drop off location staff. Very helpful and understanding. The issue encountered was; U-Haul logistics, wherever it was located, changed the drop off location the day I was scheduled to drop off the truck. This was a big inconvenience. I had to drive an additional 20 miles on top of the 40 miles I was expecting. During the drop off drive, I drove past at least 8 other U-Haul dealer locations that could not accept the truck. U-Haul at the level above this Dealer has limited concern for the customer and will most likely not give my review any regard.
