The pick up went well except that the U-haul system was down. It took the employee of the center a long time and then had to call into u-haul to have the transaction go through- the u-haul system operator also had issues. Not sure if that happens often. Not a big deal but a delay in the pick-up. Trailer was great..

REBECCA SLocation was convenient. I mentioned to the person at the drop off point about the 2 problems with the truck (defroster not operating very well and washer fluid not discharging) and did not see her write any of it down. I'm not sure whether the problems were every reported or not.
