I was treated well. I do prefer dealing in person & I would like it if facility was open the hours listed on the website.
Kevin DI specifically changed my pick up time so I could speak to someone in person. I was phoned twice within hours asking me to come in sooner to accommodate them, which I couldn’t do but did get there 15 minutes earlier. The staff member didn’t come to the vehicle with me to inspect it, the link to input condition of vehicle didn’t work, the truck was dirty inside, there was no windshield washer fluid, the air conditioning/vent system didn’t work so I was driving in extreme heat in incredibly uncomfortable conditions. Very disappointing.
Kerry VHad road grime, nothing serious. But, the ingering/ cigarette smoke in the cab and storage area was overwhelming. Even though only had furniture and selves in there for afternoon the smell clung to us and our belongings.
