On the day of pick-up there had been a change to the price and drop-off location for the rental, and the agent claimed to not be able to correct it. A subsequent call to U-Haul revealed that this discrepancy should have been addressed at the pick-up location. In the end after several calls to U-Haul the situation was rectified, but it caused us a lot of unnecessary stress and upfront cost.

ricardo sWe did online registration, yet still had to give them all the information we'd already entered into the app, which delayed our departure. The clerk also left us there waiting in the office while he drove to the truck's offsite location to check the odometer & fuel gage, which made us much later than expected. Not impressed.
