it’s very difficult to find, U—Hull sign is too small than the others. And also the auto store name is different, Sign show name is NAPA.
Xuesong LThe pick up and drop off of this truck was chaos. It took forever to get it and I had to go through the app even though I selected to deal with a person at the counter and then the truck was parked down the street behind a restoraunt. Not at all at the address of the uhaul location. To drop off I had to drive back and forth four times because I couldn't find the location scanner to confirm delivery location. By the time I bypassed that I had to go back amd take a picture of the odometer because it wouldn't let me upload the photo I had taken when I dropped the truck off down the road. Then it confirmed my payments and I thought it was done so I went to drop off the keys only to have to turn around and take more pictures of the truck back down the road. This was SO frustrating and I will not use this location again. I will use a location that actually has their trucks on site. Not down the road behind a random restoraunt.
Rebecca SWe arrived at the location and the truck was not there. We had to call the U-haul customer service number which dispatched us to the point of contact in that area and advised us the truck is located at another location and then we had to go back to the previous location to the lock box to retrieve the keys, and then back to get the truck… the entire process coming from out of town was frustrating and unclear. Please fix this issue so that customers picking up at this location understand that there are two different stops for truck and lock box to minimize confusion when they are renting. Overall the U-Haul representative in the USA on the phone was very helpful and provided the support and guidance required. Thank you
Sophon PYou need to let customers know that when they rent a one way truck and only want it for a day that they will be charged for 3 therefore the ridiculous cost. I will not be using uHaul ever again.
