I booked a truck after hours and specifically expected the keys to be left for me, but the keys were not left as promised. As a result, I was unable to access the truck and had to pay for an additional day at my storage facility because of the delay. I understand that mistakes can happen, but simply saying “sorry” does not compensate me for the extra expenses I had to incur because of this issue. I expected a professional and reliable service, especially when the booking was made in advance. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The service was not professional, and the company should take more responsibility when their mistake causes customers additional costs.

Conrad RI completed the mobile pickup for the 10' truck. I had also booked and paid for a dolly along with the truck, but it was missing when I picked up the vehicle. I contacted customer support for assistance, and they directed me to another location that was about a 15-minute drive away. After driving there and waiting in line for around 30 minutes, I was informed that no dollies were available at that location. I was then told that my dolly reservation had actually been made for a different location. Because the dolly was unavailable, my moving schedule was delayed, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting my planned move. Despite booking and paying for the dolly in advance, I was unable to use the service I had reserved.
