David HWhen trying to reserve online, I had to say no thanks to about 7 or 8 different things. This is way to many times having to say no just to get a rate. Either change the online experience or I and many others will go to a different company who is not trying to upsell at least 7 different things and making the online experience a pain. Especially when trying to do it from a phone.
DONALD DI wouldn’t go anywhere else to rent a truck or trailer. As always, it was great.
