No one could answer questions at the site. They said they only let them park on the lot but don't do any of the rental parts. I picked up the truck and she never checked my license or anything in a computer. She did not know which key to give me (there were two trucks on the lot) but I was able to explain which I rented. She never activated the rental in the system. Yes, she handed a stranger keys to a moving truck and no one had record that I ever picked it up. When I went to return it (at the location that I set up with the 800 number) they said that they do not take one way trucks and that I had to take it to a different location. This cost me more in time and mileage. THEN, I get to the drop off location and they cannot do anything in the system to close me out because the pick up location never started the rental. We called the pick up location, they did not understand what to do. FINALLY, the guy at the drop off location was able to talk to someone at the 800 number/"traffic" that was able to sort it out. After trying to close return the rental for an hour after a long day of moving... not a good experience. AND I was charged more than expected, likely due to the additional mileage to the second location but, at that point, I did not have the energy to argue any more.

Lora BThis was an alternative site to pick up the rental truck. It was not the location I originally chose to do business with so I was transfered to this site to pick up the truck. The truck was available when I arrived to get it and the representative helped me complete the contract. The truck was in great condition with only 430 miles on the odometer.
