When I schedule for a 9:30AM pickup, don't redirect me to a location that doesn't even open until 10AM without even telling me! When I add extra equipment for more money, don't redirect me to a location and truck that doesn't even have one without telling me! When I start up the truck, please don't have so little fuel that I have to fill it up before I can even do anything (once again with no warning)! Please update your website to actually reflect the stock and availability of things so I don't get redirected to a location 20 minutes away that doesn't even have any of the things I ask for!

The customer service at this location was very refreshing appreciated. As someone who rents a Uhaul frequently I would definitely return to this location based on service. Unfortunately the Uhaul was extremely dirty (as they sadly usually are) and I spent 30 minutes making the inside cab "sit-able" for my family. UHAUL, PLEASE CLEAN YOUR VEHICLES! Kindly, Someone who prefers to drink coffee and not sit in it.
COLLEEN BAlthough I reserved to rent a specific truck from a specific location at a specific time, every part of my reservation was changed without my consent. Bad customer experience that relies too much on technology
John SThey changed my reservations twice with less than 24 hours notice canceled a truck on me with less than an hours notice and called me hours after I returned the truck.Asking me when I was gonna return the truck?If there was somebody else to go through, I would never use you haul again.
