We had reservations for 8:30 am got there and could not get the truck. We had wait until 9am which put us coming back late and paying a late fee. We never got any notice of this.
Jamarcus TI never received a final receipt from U-Haul. I have been expecting an email but no such luck. I have nothing for my records and am having to track down how much I actually paid. Not a good business practice.

DAVID WI reserved a smaller truck and was given a bigger truck. It took more gas. I was also given1200 miles and that really was much more than what I was expecting before having to drive one hour and few minutes. My truck was over one darn mile and was charged 35.90
