Curtis at this location was great. The U-Haul system was a major problem. It stopped midway with a system error. Curtis called the hotline, on hold for a long time, and the agent got us the next step. But it had another error and when Curtis called the help line a second time, the agent said she didn’t know and couldn’t help. We had to eventually cancel the original reservation (which should have been a quick pickup) and start over with new information. That worked but we were delayed 90 minutes on an already tight schedule.
