We booked a truck and moving supplies of a hand truck, dolly, and moving blankets from this location, and the reservation was confirmed. Upon arrival, they stated our reservation was for another location. I showed them the reservation and they said they would make it work. I then got a phone call from the location I knew nothing about, angry that I was late. Further, no supplies needed were available at the location I had a confirmation with. Ended up getting the truck, but no moving supplies. Truck was clean, and staff were friendly, but U-Haul system needs work.
